After completing the high-fidelity design, conducted Usability Testing with a select group of users, via screen-sharing software (Google Meet). Each test, lasting 15 to 20 minutes, focused on evaluating the App's design, layout, content, and navigation for potential user experience issues.
The tests emphasized clarity, ease of information retrieval, visual appeal, and identification of technical or functional issues. Insights gained from participants guided us in enhancing the SeamlessPOS design, ensuring a more user-friendly and efficient product. Incorporating user feedback is crucial for meeting the expectations and preferences of our target audience.
