Mahindra needed help boosting its brand awareness and consideration in the Australian automotive market. It was fighting a negative perception that was hindering sales.
I supported the overall content efforts by managing Mahindra's social media content strategy and implementation. I provided the overall strategy and wrote 12 posts per month for its Facebook and Instagram pages. These posts included shout-outs to new Mahindra owners, interviews with dealers and brand announcements. I worked with designers on certain posts, creating briefs for the accompanying imagery. I also worked with the product teams to organise give-aways.
Over 18 months, we grew Mahindra's social media followers by 3,000 people. This included thousands of positive social interactions and a 39% increase in social engagement for the brand.
