Homespire Mortgage wanted to promote its new renovation loan offers. It wanted to do so using video advertising on YouTube and its social media channels.
Working with the director and business stakeholders, I wrote and finalised the script. I took the promotion offer and details and created the video's setting and direction. I wrote the dialogue and actions and suggested camera shots, music and B-roll footage of renovations to be juxtaposed with the newly renovated home.
The video was well received on Homespire Mortgage's social channels and YouTube, garnering hundreds of interactions and views, respectively. It also provided Homespire with 16 additional leads. More than four years since the video's release, it's still one of the brand's top 20 most-viewed videos on YouTube.
