Novos - Training Platform for Fortnite gamers

🦄 Training Platform for Fortnite Gamers An Israel-based startup that provides the best training experience across the industry. The project has a spectacular accent on gamification and user interface to draw users' attention and encourage them to train and progress with their gaming skills.

We were hired to improve NOVOS.gg by redesigning the product to gain more international users, secure a $12 million investment, build a gamer community fostering team formation and competition, simplify content management for the dev team, and enhance DAU, LTV, retention, user engagement, and daily training consistency.
Key Achievements:
User engagement increased by 72.5% in three months.
Daily active users (DAU) rose by 58.3%, peaking at 19,850 users.
Retention rate improved by 49.7%, with users active for an average of 5.8 months.
User-generated content increased by 38.9%.
Together with this client, we’ve achieved a drastic increase in user engagement. We taught our beloved gamers to plan their training routines consistently and check their progress in diverse areas. After adding community leaderboards and team competitions, we made a fun learning environment push itself to a new level
To take things up a notch, we added a competitive aspect to the platform, introducing community leaderboards and team competitions. This resulted in a highly engaging and interactive learning environment that pushed itself to new heights.
Team competition participation surged by 83.4%, forming 492 teams.
Leaderboard interactions grew by 69.8%.
These strategic improvements elevated the user experience and generated impressive results for NOVOS.gg, setting the stage for further growth and investment.
