KOR is the fan-centered platform, that connects creators and fans. It’s main idea is to increase engagement between Fans and creator’s content
Core idea of the product is to inject collectable items - badges into pieces of different types of content on social platforms like YouTube, Twitch, X, Instagram and others.

We started our collaboration with KOR at pre MVP stage
The roadmap was already set by the client:
we were given 10 YouTubers and Twitch streamers with the total audience of 5 million followers
research, user testing and feedback on the draft prototype

Phase: Research & Design
We started with UX research and design session with main stakeholders. After 2 weeks we were ready with V1 Customer Journey Map featuring our collaboration model between creators and fans, sketched wireframe with basic functionality alnd user flows
We initiated 10 user interviews with creators presenting them with animated prototype of the sketched wireframe to get perspective and feature requests for the MVP We also did a questionnaire for fans using media accounts of our creators gathering even more details about Fans preferences with more than 100.000 replies to our questions from different fans.
Our first round of interviews allowed us to get 25+ different feature requests, with the help of prioritisation matrix and another brainstorming session with main stakeholders we shortened the list down to:

We created a seamless interface for Badge creation with flexible settings fitting various creators Our main goal was not to tailor the system up to specific creators but rather reward them with freedom to customise their badges For V1 of KOR we decided to focus on 4 large social media platforms to simplify development efforts.
Phase: Beta Launched
MVP Launch and User Engagement:
Successfully launched MVP with first 10 active creators bringing more than 200,000 fans claiming their badges bringing 4% of top fans onboard
Achieved over 75% engagement rate with core features from fans, validating product-market fit.
Iterative Improvement and Scaling:
After we Implemented post-launch improvements like onboarding speed & solving multi account issues, in under one month we increased weekly active users by 38.2%
Within the first quarter after launch we doubled user base and tripled creator base while adding upvoted features for collaboration and constantly working on new engagement challenges.
