PayLynxs had an online presence that was confusing and disjointed, hindering sales and growth.
They had 3 separate websites, all of which had unusable navigation, unresponsive layouts, and poor content discoverability. The marketing team was embarrassed to send prospects to the websites. Critically, organic leads were low and bounce rates were high.
Solution
Design one consolidated, usable, and scalable website to serve as the foundation for marketing efforts.
Improved usability was achieved with comprehensive navigation, responsive layouts, and scannable content. The site drives live webinar registration, serving as a major sales channel. Converting the design into a custom WordPress template enabled the internal team to easily manage content and pages.
Sitemap & Navigation
Product information is split into Products and Industries to provide several channels of discovering necessary information. The call to action Schedule Demo displays in primary navigation and repeats throughout the website.
Home Page
The sleek and engaging home page immediately states what PayLynxs does, who they do it for, and the value their services bring. The visual design expands on the PayLynxs' minimal brand guidelines while alluding to the pillars of simplicity, transparency, and trustworthiness.
Tiered Product Page
Watchlist Scanning is the only product offering that allows users to sign up and start using same-day, and therefor has a unique page layout. All other services require long implementation processes.
Standard Product Page
All other non-tiered product pages use the following layout for consistency and discoverability. Tight copy communicates the product's function and value. Case studies direct users to relevant, metric-driven success stories.
Webinars
PayLynxs runs constant campaigns that direct prospects to their website to browse and register for webinars. Category tags enable them to run targeted campaigns that direct prospects to the desired category.
Schedule Demo
A Calendly integration enables users to schedule full product demos or introductory calls without friction.
While the website was launched in 2021, the updates shown in this portfolio piece are currently in development. Completion is projected for Q4 2025.
