Brand Identity & Website for Photography Studio
About the Client
Lina Bee Photo is a photography studio based in Portland, OR. Previously, they did not have a niche and struggled to target clients across any industry. After deciding to lean into weddings, engagements, elopements, and family portraits, they needed a new brand identity to reflect the intimate and sentimental nature of the industry.
Four logo and icon orientations cover use cases for digital and print.
Ivory and Earth are warm, high-contrast neutrals. Honey alludes to the bee branding while Sage aligns with Lina Bee Photo's roots in the Pacific Northwest.
Bodoni is a beautiful, timeless serif typeface that is perfect for headings.
Source Serif 4 is cohesive with Bodoni while providing better legibility for body text. It is also less formal which feels more inviting.
The rebrand included a redesigned website which yielded conversions for the first time immediately post-launch.
