Commercial Shopping Complex with Hotel Design

This project features a multi-functional shopping and commercial complex designed to seamlessly combine retail, leisure, and hospitality in one modern space. The design concept integrates a central green courtyard that enhances relaxation and social interaction, while three interconnected buildings provide diverse functions:

Shopping mall: A vibrant retail hub with dynamic storefronts, open circulation, and natural lighting for an immersive shopping experience.

Hotel: A contemporary hotel designed for comfort and elegance, positioned to provide guests with direct access to shopping and entertainment amenities.

Office & Retail Spaces: Flexible commercial areas for businesses, ensuring the complex remains a bustling center of commerce and lifestyle.

To bring the vision to life, I used SketchUp for 3D modeling and V-Ray for photorealistic rendering, ensuring precise detailing, realistic lighting, and textures that highlight both the architectural form and atmosphere of the space. The renderings capture not just the structural design, but also the inviting, community-centered environment the project creates.

This project showcases the design of a modern mixed-use commercial complex, thoughtfully combining a vibrant shopping mall with an elegant hotel to create a multifunctional urban hub. The concept emphasizes connectivity, accessibility, and experience-driven design, allowing visitors to seamlessly transition between retail, hospitality, and leisure spaces.

The shopping mall is planned with a circular arrangement of three interconnected buildings, designed to maximize flow and create a central green courtyard where people can relax and interact. This landscaped feature adds a refreshing touch of nature in a bustling commercial environment. The hotel component complements the mall with a refined architectural language, ensuring both aesthetic harmony and functional diversity within the development.

From the façade treatment to the circulation patterns, the design blends contemporary architectural elements with a focus on user comfort, sustainability, and visual appeal. Large glass surfaces enhance daylighting and transparency, while strategic massing ensures that the hotel and mall complement each other rather than compete.
