Solomei.ai, an innovative company developing AI-driven solutions, needed a digital presence that reflected both the sophistication of their technology and the accessibility of their services. The challenge was to enhance the website experience with animations and microinteractions that would communicate clarity, precision, and innovation while engaging users on an emotional level.

My Role For this project, I was responsible for the design and implementation of all animations and microinteractions, using Rive as the primary tool. My task was to elevate the visual storytelling of the website and improve usability through motion design. I worked closely with the Solomei.ai team to ensure that each animation aligned with the brand’s voice and supported the overall user journey.

Discovery & Strategy The process began with an in-depth analysis of Solomei.ai’s brand values and website structure. The goal was to identify where and how motion could create a smoother user experience, reduce friction, and highlight key elements of the interface.

Concept & Animation Design Using Rive, I designed lightweight, scalable, and highly responsive animations. Each microinteraction was created to guide users seamlessly through the site, offering visual feedback and enhancing comprehension. The design approach emphasized subtle, functional motion that reinforced Solomei.ai’s innovative identity without overwhelming the content.
