Amelia is a real estate agency based in Mallorca, a growing and highly competitive market. In an effort to stand out and embrace a more digital-first identity, the agency invested in a full rebrand and the development of a new web platform — combining modern design with the needs of both buyers and sellers.

The main challenge was to redesign and develop the frontend while adapting it to a pre-built real estate service platform. The goal was to improve user experience and support the agency’s commercial strategy, without exceeding the platform’s technical constraints.

At the same time, the site had to comply with Spain’s strict real estate regulations and support both Spanish and English, since the platform targets an international audience of buyers and sellers. In this project, I was in charge of UX/UI design and frontend development.

My role in this project included both UX/UI design and frontend development. We started with a research phase that informed both the visual rebrand and the new platform. This included user interviews, user testing, conversations with the agency’s commercial agents, benchmarking, and a deep analysis of Google Analytics data and other tracking tools provided by the client.

From there, we moved into mid-fidelity wireframes, then high-fidelity UI design, and finally development and user testing to ensure functionality and clarity across the experience.
