I planned content for, managed and engaged with Baskin Robbins Pakistan online communities on various platforms, amassing over 10 million total followers!

Together, we launched 5 major campaigns, new product launches, new store launches, and kept a nationwide audience engaged with fun and brand-relevant content every month.

The challenge 🥶

Baskin Robbins Pakistan had always been a beloved dessert brand but they faced numerous issues due to dwindling spending power and turbulent economic conditions. An enticing and engaging content and engagement strategy was needed before their reach started to melt!

My role 🍨

My role at Baskin Robbins was to plan content for, manage and engage with their online social communities. I was responsible for strategizing and creating monthly content calendars, managing the DM’s and comment sections, tracking and monitoring customer feedback, and assisting the PR team with operations and communications with influencers and partners. In doing so, I boosted the BR brand love. 🍧
