🚨 The Challenge
A client on a high-cost AWS setup was struggling with performance, reliability, and deployment chaos. Their infrastructure was overengineered, and support tickets were constant. They were paying too much — and still worried about uptime.
🧠 My Role
I stepped in to plan and execute a full migration to WPEngine — without downtime, data loss, or service interruption.
Audited the full hosting stack and WordPress setup
Identified critical issues in file handling, plugin configuration, and caching
Created a detailed migration blueprint, including failover and rollback plan
Migrated the platform safely, including multisite components
Rebuilt key parts of the theme and content pipeline for maintainability
Set up a proper staging → production flow for future updates
