Multi-media Graphic Identity Development (Extreme Sports)
This project focused on creating a robust and dynamic visual identity for Posta Deportes, a media outlet specializing in covering extreme and non-conventional sports.
The Multi-media Challenge
The main challenge lay in designing a 360° Multi-media Graphic System that could operate with the same energy and coherence across diametrically opposed formats: TV broadcast signals, web interfaces, and the ephemeral speed of social media. The identity had to be flexible enough to support high-impact content, reflecting the adrenaline and unpredictable nature of extreme sports.
Strategy and Dynamic Visual System Development
The identity was conceived as a system prioritizing movement and modularity. My work encompassed:
Identity Language: Development of the color palette, typographic hierarchy, and visual textures that evoke speed and action.
Motion Graphics (Broadcast): Designing a visual language that can be easily animated for TV bumpers, lower thirds, and motion graphics for stories, ensuring the brand is instantly recognizable on air.
Transmedia Coherence (Web/App): Ensuring the graphic system works under high-contrast conditions (for TV) while being fully responsive and usable in digital environments (Web and mobile applications).
Social Media Templates: Creation of a set of templates and styles for constant, high-impact diffusion across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, maintaining cohesion with the core brand.
This project demonstrates my ability to strategically design a brand identity not as a static asset, but as a living system that masters and unifies multiple platforms, ensuring Posta Deportes projects a modern, energetic, and consistent image to its audience.
