Nestmade: Branding a Tattoo Studio Built to Grow

Live project preview: https://nestmade.studio/
Nestmade is a tattoo studio from Zagreb, Croatia, with a vision that goes beyond tattooing alone. The client wanted a brand that could support not only the studio, but also future creative directions such as craft workshops, educational content, and other art-led projects. Our role was to help define that foundation through strategy, naming exploration, and visual identity design.
We started with a series of live workshops focused on brand positioning, naming, personality, and long-term direction. Together with the client, we explored how the brand should feel, what values it should communicate, and how it could stay flexible as the business grows. This process helped shape a clear identity rooted in creativity, authenticity, human connection, and thoughtful self-expression.
The final visual identity balances elegance with warmth. We developed a distinctive typographic system, a rich yet calm color palette, tactile textures, and a tone of voice that feels supportive, clear, and personal. The result is a brand that stands apart from typical tattoo studio aesthetics—more refined, approachable, and versatile—giving Nestmade a strong foundation across digital, print, and future brand extensions.

Nestmade is a creative studio with ambitions beyond tattooing: we had to leave room for future creative directions, including workshops, education, and art.
