This project for a client taught me that we must take care of our health, understanding that proximity to the refrigerator is a double-edged sword when working from home. The challenge of healthy eating while working remotely isn't a lack of time, but rather a lack of structure, which leads to impulsive snacking and fast food consumption. The solution lies in weekly meal planning, creating a temptation-free environment, and respecting meal times away from your desk to ensure balanced nutrition and better concentration.
