This client work taught me that we must take care of our health by setting clear boundaries and intentional routines when working from home. The convenience of the home office hides serious health risks, with musculoskeletal pain (due to poor ergonomics) and burnout being the most common. It is vital that remote workers invest in a proper ergonomic setup and protect their rest time and active breaks to prevent the flexibility of remote work from turning into a chronic health bill.
