WhatsApp Automation is one of Halosis solutions for small businesses to increase their online sales.
More than 2 billion people use WhatsApp to communicate daily, this platform can help sellers to sell their products in a simple way. Promote in social media, connect stores to WhatsApp, reach out to customers directly and communicate with new business connections.
Me as a designer has reached out to revamp the UI and some UX of the MVP platform to make the app ready for a development.
User & Audience
There are 2 sides to the platform:
Customers: The customers will be able to order via whatsapp chats and after making a purchase they will get the history transaction links for reviewing their orders.
Sellers: Sellers as administrator will use the website dashboard for managing the content of the app, orders and analytics.
Scope
Administrator Side:
Managing chat bot: customer info, tag, notes and admins
Managing analytics: general, agent performance, chats
Managing admin accounts.
Can be tracked who uses the admin.
