I built a launch playbook demo for a stand-in SaaS product that turns meeting notes into assigned action items. It covers positioning (statement, messaging hierarchy, one-liner), 8 platform recommendations with timing and reasons across Product Hunt, Reddit, startup and SaaS communities and social, a Product Hunt plan following Product Hunt's own guidance (tagline within 60 characters, 12:01 a.m. Pacific, 1270×760 gallery, a first comment that asks for feedback, not votes) with a launch-day runbook, and a Reddit plan built on participation first, per-community rules and disclosure. It includes 9 pieces of launch copy with UTM-tagged links, 3 gallery images and 2 social cards rendered to PNG, an 18.4-second vertical demo video with burned-in captions, a 28-task checklist with owners and days across the 30 days, 7 early-user opportunities, a daily scorecard and 6 if-then improvement rules. The build fails if any copy asks for votes or a task falls outside the month.
