Cosmetic label conversion across a SKU template

A demo built for a specific brief. Not client work: the material shown is sample data, so what is on display is the mechanism.

I built a packaging demo that converts two placeholder SKUs from an OTC Drug Facts layout to cosmetic-only labeling and turns the result into a template. A claim screen flags 23 drug-style phrases and OTC headings on the as-found panels and returns zero on every converted carton. Ingredient lists are ordered from placeholder formulas that must total 100 percent: over 1 percent descending, then 1 percent or less, then color additives. Letter heights follow 21 CFR 701.13(i) and 701.3(b) and (p), computed from each carton's panel areas; net quantity sits in the bottom 30 percent of the front, and the back panel carries directions, caution, ingredients, distributor and a reaction-report contact per 21 U.S.C. 364e(a). The same engine produces 9 cartons as 1:1 mm SVG dielines with 3 mm bleed, safe area and separate cut, fold and text layers, including a supplement variant; the information panels of every carton are checked to fit at the legal minimum, and the build writes nothing if any check fails.
