A website and a coffee table book for the practice behind the interiors of the Palazzo, the Beverly Hills and 54 on Bath. Both run the photographs large, then get out of their way.
The work spans corporate, hospitality, retail and private homes, and it had already been photographed well, so nothing needed dressing up. I designed the book and the stationery first, then designed and built the site to match the book.
The book
Books move at a fixed speed. One picture fills the spread, a line explains it, and you turn. The website was built to that beat instead of to a grid somebody else designed.
Each of the four fields gets its own run of spreads in the book, and the site keeps that division: the hotels get an index, so do the ten houses in the residential collection, and so does the exhibition work shown at Decorex and Rooms on View. It is a studio of six, and the first thing on its home page is a greyhound.
