This was one of the projects of my design in a day service - where I build and launch your design requirements within 24 hours. This time, I designed an email template in a day.

"A simple and minimalistic email template - which reflects the WorkMode brand, and has components which can be used to build email campaigns, newsletters, and all emails sent by WorkMode in future."

The requirements included a responsive desktop design and a mobile design, each having a light mode and a dark mode version.

Since I had designed for WorkMode before, I knew their target audience.

My next step was to make a moodboard and play around with the first few design iterations.

I had a quick feedback call with my client, Maciej Klepswaski, to ensure we were on the same page.

The first iteration was approved instantly so I fleshed it out, complete with a a mobile version and light and dark modes for both. I also ensured responsiveness across most devices.

After that, I took feedback from representative users and other designers because speed should not compromise quality.

Tweaked and polished the design and sent the handoff file.

I launched my design in a day service, because I noticed a gap in the market for business owners who prioritise speed and who would like to launch their business and refresh their brand without waiting for weeks or months.
