WorkMode came to me at a stage many wellness and AI-driven mental health brands find themselves in: they had a strong offering but their website wasn’t reflecting it. Their landing page lacked clarity, authority, and the polished feel that their professional audience expected.

Since their service — Focus as a Service — is designed to help professionals cut through distractions, it was crucial that their own website embodied that same focus.

I led the branding, audience research, copywriting, and website redesign, ensuring every detail worked together to establish WorkMode as a credible authority:

Audience Research: Defined their professional target audience and mapped their pain points.

Brand Voice & Website Copy: Wrote clear, professional copy that positions them as the go-to choice for ADHD bodydoubling and productivity.

Visual Identity: Selected typography and colors that convey authority while staying modern and accessible.

Website Design: Created a streamlined landing page that makes their offer unmistakably clear and converts visitors into engaged clients.

Marketing : In addition to their website, I designed a Custom blog for thought leadership and also designed their Email newsletter layout for brand cohesiveness to build ongoing trust and engagement.

A refreshed brand and digital presence that speaks directly to professionals, communicates WorkMode’s value instantly, and strengthens their authority in the wellness and productivity space. The WorkMode website is not only mobile-optimised, but also is 4K screen optmised designs since many of their target users use that screen size.
