Social Media Management | Lake Estate

Managed the social media presence of Lake Estate from the ground up, developing and executing a content strategy that established the brand's digital presence and increased audience engagement across Instagram and TikTok.

My role included scripting video content for property showcases and promotional shoots, coordinating content production, creating and scheduling posts, and actively managing audience engagement through comments, messages, and community interactions. I worked closely with the brand to ensure all content aligned with its goals while showcasing properties in an engaging and visually compelling way.

Starting with no established audience, I helped grow the account's visibility and reach, achieving consistent daily performance of up to 500 views per day on Instagram through strategic content planning and optimization. In addition to managing short-form video content, I created and published static posts that maintained brand consistency and supported overall marketing objectives.
