🧿 Project Overview
Nyelux is a healthcare startup building an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform.
It connects healthcare professionals with medical device manufacturers to deliver:
Instant AI-powered product education.
Real-time technical support.
Compliance tracking and updates.
🎯 Project Goal
The client provided their old pitch deck and wanted a complete redesign from scratch. Key objectives:
Build a strong, investor-ready presentation.
Create a clear and engaging storytelling flow.
Make it visually professional and aligned with Nyelux’s brand.
Ensure it resonates with two target audiences:
Healthcare Practitioners (HCP)
Medical Device Vendors
⚠️ Problems in the Original Deck
After auditing the old slides, we found multiple weaknesses:
Poor flow – Content order was disjointed, making the story hard to follow.
Inconsistent branding – Colors, fonts, and layouts varied slide-to-slide.
Too much text – Long bullet points and paragraphs made it hard to scan.
Minimal visuals – No diagrams for complex concepts, no product screenshots, limited use of charts or icons.
Design errors – Typos (e.g., “Matrtix”), uneven spacing, and low-quality images.
Weak closing – The “ask” slide was vague, failing to leave a strong final impression.
🛠️ Redesign Process
1. Discovery & Audit
Reviewed the original pitch deck in full.
Discussed Nyelux’s goals, brand identity, and target audiences.
Identified which content to keep, refine, or remove.
2. Story Restructure
Rebuilt the narrative for clarity and persuasion.
New flow: Problem → Solution → Product → Market → Business Model → Roadmap → Team → Ask.
Created stronger openings and closings to grab attention and end with impact.
3. Visual Identity
We've used the original design system that we've built for Nyelux's SaaS platform.
We have used the same typography, colors, and spacing to align with the brand.
We went for bold and modern visuals.
Established consistent slide layouts and a visual hierarchy for headings, body text, and highlights.
4. Visual Enhancement
Transformed text-heavy slides into icon-based visuals and infographics.
Added market charts, ROI stats, and workflow diagrams.
Included high-quality healthcare imagery and product mockups to give context.
5. Audience-Specific Slides Deck
Created two pitch deck variations:
Healthcare Providers (HCP) version – addressed clinical pain points.
Medical Device Vendors version – focused on product reach, compliance, and sales support.
6. Collaboration & Iteration
Shared drafts with multiple design variations with the client for feedback.
Content is adjusted to refine tone, simplify jargon, and improve visual clarity.
Finalized the deck in both Microsoft PowerPoint (editable) and PDF formats.
