Overview
Ownly is a SaaS product I designed and vibe-coded for independent studios and freelancers in India. It brings clients, proposals, GST-ready invoices, pipeline management, and time tracking into one workspace that works across every device.
The Problem
Freelancers and small studios in India run their business across 3-5 disconnected tools: spreadsheets for pipeline, separate apps for invoicing, manual GST calculations, and no unified proposal system. There was no single product that handled the full lead-to-paid workflow with Indian tax compliance built in.
What I Built
Pipeline
A kanban board with four meaningful stages (Leads → Proposal → Active → Completed). Cards link directly to proposals and invoices. Drop a card to "Completed" and the win is logged.
Proposals
Three-tier proposal system (Essential, Studio, Signature) presented side by side. Clients pick their level, skipping the back-and-forth. PDF export with studio branding applied automatically.
GST-Ready Invoices
CGST, SGST, or IGST applied automatically based on the client's state. No more spreadsheets for tax calculation. Branded PDF exports with logo, accent color, and contact details.
Time Tracker
One-tap timer per client and project. Weekly bar chart of billable hours. Pull tracked hours straight into invoices.
Brand Kit
Set your accent color, upload a logo, write a tagline. Everything you send carries your studio's identity automatically.

Designed the complete product UI and marketing site in Figma

Vibe-coded the full product using Claude and Replit with Supabase for backend and database
