Engineering faced severe delivery constraints as backend endpoints (Tinybird API and FastAPI services) were evolving in parallel, frequently returning empty or placeholder data. Furthermore, the platform required strict multi-tenant data isolation, resilient auth token handling, and custom 3D viewer components embedded within Cloudflare Pages SPA routing to deliver flawless investor presentations.

To build "Sentinel," a multi-tenant B2B business intelligence and workflow platform in Retool for home insurance carriers, featuring strict tenant data isolation, dynamic AI outreach drafting, and resilient fallback data logic.

The objective was to convert raw 3D scan data into actionable risk metrics, ensure zero UI crashes during backend changes, enforce Row-Level Security (RLS), and embed the application seamlessly into HomeSpark’s React architecture.

Transformer-Level Fallback Resilience: Engineered fallback logic across Retool query transformers so whenever parallel backend endpoints returned incomplete data, the UI rendered structured demo data without breaking.

Multi-Tenant Row-Level Security (RLS): Enforced tenant isolation across all query layers using brand_id as the primary key, restricting insurance carriers to their own portfolio analytics.
