Challenge
Kelly Brogan MD, a holistic psychiatry practice and digital coaching brand, faced rising operational costs due to reliance on manual copywriting for marketing launches and email courses.
Additionally, customer support was overwhelmed by thousands of repetitive inbound inquiries across platforms. Previous automation attempts were robotic and failed to replicate the founder’s unique voice or access proprietary knowledge across hundreds of podcast transcripts and books.
Goal
To deploy an autonomous AI agent suite using n8n orchestration, a Weaviate vector database (RAG), and OpenAI LLMs integrated directly into GoHighLevel (GHL).
The objective was to automate marketing copywriting, enable 24/7 intelligent customer support in GHL, and ingest brand content automatically from Google Drive.
Our Contribution
n8n AI Agent Orchestration Layer: Built a centralized orchestration architecture in n8n featuring error handling, sub-second execution, and multi-agent coordination.
Weaviate RAG Knowledge Pipeline: Developed an automated ETL pipeline ingesting Google Drive assets (podcast transcripts, books) into a Weaviate vector database using OpenAI embeddings.
Automated Copywriting Agent: Engineered an LLM agent that references the Weaviate vector database to generate multi-day email sequences matching the founder's exact tone.
GoHighLevel Customer Service Chatbot: Built a 24/7 customer service AI agent connected via API to GoHighLevel to answer complex student inquiries accurately.
Overview of Project Success
Toolshed delivered a suite of custom AI agents that transformed content generation and customer support. The solution significantly reduced copywriting overhead, provided round-the-clock customer support in GHL, and created a scalable AI infrastructure for future growth.
