Enterprise Platform Redesign — Telecom

Years of growth had left a patchwork of digital products behind. Users felt the disconnect. So did the teams trying to maintain it.

The challenge

A large telecommunications provider had accumulated multiple digital products across different services and channels — each with its own visual language, interaction patterns, and component logic. Navigating between services felt jarring. Internal design teams lacked shared standards. Every new feature added complexity instead of clarity.

The solution

The project began with a comprehensive audit of existing touchpoints — identifying inconsistencies, redundant patterns, and opportunities to consolidate. User flows were redesigned to create logical navigation across services. A unified component library replaced the patchwork, with clear rules for layout, spacing, typography, and interaction states.
The system wasn't just designed — it was documented for adoption. Handoff materials ensured internal teams could work from the same foundation without breaking it.
Fewer inconsistencies. Faster handoff. A shared design language that multiple teams could finally maintain.
