From zero to full concept: UX strategy, branding & UI for a sports app. Reservations, matches, payments & chat—all in one.
The Team of 3er Tiempo came with just one thing: an idea. No visuals, no copy, no structure—just a name and a desire to make sports reservations easier for teams and friends.
He wanted something simple, modern, and easy to use.
We turned that idea into a full, startup-ready app concept.
🔹 What I Did (Features & Execution):
Created the visual identity from scratch (logo, palette, typography)
Designed the full user flow and mapped every screen interaction
Developed UX strategy with a focus on simplicity & conversion
Wrote all copywriting for onboarding, benefits, CTAs, and feature descriptions
Designed every screen:
✅ Sport reservation flow
✅ Match schedule & push notifications
✅ Google Maps for locations
✅ Group chat system
✅ Tournament section
✅ Secure payment system
✅ Subscription model & benefits
✅ Personal dashboard with stats & profile info
Conducted competitor research to find product positioning & key differentiators
Delivered a full presentation PDF with the business logic, branding, and UI flow
🔹 Challenges & How We Solved Them:
The biggest challenge was clarity — how to turn multiple app functions into a flow users would actually follow.
We created a structure based on the user’s journey:
🎯 Find a match → Reserve → Invite → Play → Repeat.
Every feature was placed with intention, and the tone of the app was built around community, action, and ease.
🔹 Results & Value Delivered:
The founder went from “just an idea” → to a complete product vision.
He now has:
A branded pitch-ready PDF
A complete UI design system
Clear copy and flow
A product concept ready to present to developers, investors or accelerators
