As lead product designer at Setmore (AnywhereWorks), I was responsible for driving the design vision across the company’s core products, which centered on customer service, eCommerce, business teamwork, and communication tools. I collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that design was not only functional but also aligned with broader business goals. A key part of my work was managing and mentoring a team of designers, fostering a culture of creative problem-solving, and ensuring design quality and consistency across multiple product lines. One of my most impactful initiatives was spearheading the company’s design system project. This system standardized components, patterns, and visual language across products, which drastically improved design efficiency and product consistency. By integrating research-driven insights, I ensured that the system evolved with both user needs and business priorities. My role required balancing hands-on design execution with high-level strategy, making sure that every product decision strengthened the overall user experience while also empowering the design team to deliver at scale.
