For candidates, it offers a simpler path to relevant opportunities with no upfront cost. For companies, it provides an additional sourcing channel with curated, higher-signal candidates that fits alongside their existing hiring workflow.

What I worked on

Researched and targeted relevant companies and decision-makers for outbound outreach on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, identifying HR leaders and relevant hiring stakeholders within US tech companies.
Built prospect lists focused on HR leaders in US tech companies by conducting lead research through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and identifying relevant contacts based on company size, hiring activity, and role seniority.
Conducted additional lead research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to expand and refine prospect lists, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified decision-makers for outreach campaigns.
Researched startup ecosystems and identified companies actively hiring by reviewing startup job boards and online startup directories, in order to discover new potential prospects and companies that could benefit from the platform.
Managed LinkedIn outreach activities, including sending connection requests, writing personalized first-touch messages, and handling follow-up conversations with prospects.
Wrote and continuously refined cold outreach copy to make messaging clearer, more relevant, and better aligned with the priorities of HR leaders and hiring teams.
Tested different positioning approaches and value proposition angles for different target profiles to better understand what messaging resonated most with HR leaders and hiring decision-makers.
