The redesign resolved navigation friction by swapping a confusing environment for an open, daylight garden layout equipped with real-time compass way finding and map markers. Automated passport minting on wallet connection and optimised touch controls created a welcoming entry point for collectors exploring Web3 virtual spaces.

Overview A leading NFT platform needed to overhaul a slow, disorienting 3D virtual environment to retain casual visitors and gamify community engagement.

Objective Modernise spatial aesthetics, streamline wallet onboarding, implement persistent real-time way finding tools, and produce a scalable UI framework in three months.

Action Architected a daylight environment, built an on-screen compass with dynamic spatial markers, automated passport credentialing, and established responsive touch controls.
