Project Description Camaradly is a distributed culture management platform where I designed the core peer recognition engine, Shoutouts, from scratch. Built to replace cumbersome corporate tools, the interface features a 15-second creation loop, interactive company value badges, and an open social celebration timeline. By automatically funnelling daily peer praise into managerial appraisal dashboards, the system eliminates recency bias and preserves vital organisational recognition year-round.

Objective Architect an intuitive public recognition loop from scratch and pipe peer feedback directly into annual review cycles to eliminate manager recency bias.
