Project Description Oware is a logistics and warehousing platform digitizing B2B supply chain infrastructure across Pakistan. Facing growing system complexity, the enterprise platform required a scalable design system and streamlined user flows for dense tracking workflows. Acting as a design consultant, I restructured component taxonomy, established Figma auto-layout standards, and coached internal designers on usability heuristics to accelerate platform scalability.

Overview A fast-growing B2B distribution and warehousing startup needed an enterprise design foundation to handle complex inventory and freight management portals.

Objective Clean up UI inconsistencies, build scalable component properties in Figma, and upskill the in-house design team on technical developer handoffs.

Action Defined typographic and color token scales, rebuilt forms and tables with auto-layout variants, audited inventory views, and structured standardized design file libraries.

Results Eliminated layout discrepancies across core portal workflows, enabling engineering to build complex distribution views with vastly reduced interface design debt.
