The Tixo Promoter Dashboard was built to solve a real gap we saw in the event industry, promoters had data, but no clarity. Ticket sales were scattered across Google Sheets, WhatsApp screenshots, bank messages, and the limited analytics tools of existing booking platforms.
We worked with the Tixo team to design a dashboard that treats promoters like creators running a business, not just uploading an event and hoping for the best.
The design began with simplifying complexity. We designed flows that mimic how promoters actually think: “Create → Sell → Track → Get Paid.” Every screen was reorganized for clarity, speed, and trust. Real-time analytics replaced guesswork. A visual payout timeline replaced manual reconciliations. And offline-ready QR scanning replaced the panic of low network at event gates.
Throughout the project, we treated the dashboard not as an admin tool, but as a true command center. Something a promoter could open daily and genuinely rely on.
This case represents one of the most structured and scalable UX systems we’ve built, one that will grow with Tixo as they scale across cities and event categories.
