The client wanted to reinvent the guestbook tradition through audio memory capture devices — rotary phones that guests use to record messages at weddings, birthdays, and celebrations. While the product was innovative, the existing digital experience lacked clarity, scalability, and conversion optimization. They needed a website that could educate new users, showcase features, and drive rentals and sales.
