To initiate the project, my first step involved conducting thorough research, focusing on the target audience and their specific needs.

From my research, here are the findings I was able to come up with

Utilizing the insights gathered from interviews, I developed a persona embodying the ideal user of the application. This persona facilitated the generation of more effective solutions by providing a comprehensive understanding of user goals, pain points, and overall characteristics.

I crafted a comprehensive site map detailing the structure and organization of the content on the website. The diagram below provides a concise yet thorough description of the user flow for the app.

After completing all the research and planning, I began designing solutions. I prioritized creating wireframes first, as they allow for easier adjustments before finalizing UI elements.

After completing my high-fidelity design prototype, I dedicated time to share it with potential app users to gather feedback on the user experience. Following the testing phase, I uncovered the following insights.
