My client was a multi-passionate entrepreneur and mom of 2 children that felt overwhemed with her online ecosystem, she wanted to simplify her operations and system management to have clarity in her business and personal life.

Build a Command Center of her business that allows her to manage all aspects of it without overwhelming her with clutter.

III. My Strategic Role
As the Online Business Manager, my mission was simplify to amplify; auditing all her personal and work life and streamline her operations, that included:
Setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Setting up digital tools and software
Optimizing tools and testing new options.
