Worked with a fintech startup - Almond Pay, to completely revamp their digital payment experience across web, product, and operations. I led the UI/UX design for their website redesign, payment gateway flows, admin dashboard, and design system, helping unify a previously disconnected experience into a faster, more trustworthy platform for both businesses and consumers. Key improvements included reducing B2B onboarding from 11 steps to 6, designing a real-time operations dashboard, and building a scalable 60+ component design system for long-term product consistency. The project reinforced something I strongly believe: in fintech, trust isn’t just branding — it’s built through every interaction, screen, and flow.
