Selina Medellin was a popular hotel chain that was struggling to keep up with the demands of their guests. Their small team was getting overwhelmed with emails and phone calls, and they knew that something had to change. That's when they reached out to me to design and implementing a chatbot system that could handle the bulk of Selina Medellin's customer service inquiries. By programming the AI chatbot to respond to common questions and issues, I was able to reduce the workload on Selina Medellin's marketing team by 50%. This allowed them to focus on more complex issues and provide better service to their guests. Thanks to the chatbot system, Selina Medellin's team was able to respond to guest inquiries 80% faster than before. This led to higher guest satisfaction ratings and more repeat business.
