I conducted user research to understand creators' preferences for gear insurance and identify new market opportunities. Then using the findings, I helped facilitate the development of tailored and innovative solutions.

We conducted a phased research approach, starting with validation and market testing. The team iterated based on customer feedback. The whole project was done with a customer/creator-centric approach. The online sign-up process, including payment, and the fully digital claims process were likely key elements that contributed to the successful launch.
