A social wishlist and gifting app designed to make gift-giving feel personal—allowing people to share preferences, reserve gifts, and give with confidence.
I love gifting. There's something deeply rewarding about seeing the face of someone you care about light up when they unwrap something they truly wanted. But if you've ever spent hours browsing online stores, second-guessing your choices, and crossing your fingers hoping they'll love it, you’ll know the struggle is real.
That familiar anxiety was the inspiration behind Moments Hub.
Moments Hub is a social wishlist and gifting platform designed to remove the guesswork from gift-giving. It helps people express what they want clearly while allowing friends and loved ones to gift confidently.
The project focused on designing a product that feels personal, expressive, and secure, while keeping the experience simple and enjoyable.
Landing page
The Goal
The aim was to rethink how people communicate gift preferences. Rather than creating another wishlist app, Moments Hub needed to:
Help users share preferences comfortably, without feeling awkward or demanding
Give gift-givers enough context to choose confidently
Respect personal boundaries through flexible privacy controls
Feel warm and social
The Solution (Deepening the Experience)
At the heart of Moments Hub is the idea that gift-giving should feel like a conversation, not a guessing game.
Users can create visual wishlists that include photos, personal notes, and direct links, allowing them to express what they want.
To support coordination, friends can reserve items on a wishlist. Reservations prevent duplicate purchases. Once a gift is fulfilled, the wishlist updates automatically, keeping everything accurate and stress-free for everyone involved. Throughout the experience, privacy controls ensure users feel safe sharing personal preferences and information.
Together, these interactions create a gifting flow that feels less like a transaction and more like an ongoing conversation, where both sides feel understood and confident.

Creative Direction
The visual language was designed to feel warm and approachable. Soft gradients, friendly iconography, and clean typography helped create an atmosphere that feels personal. Layouts were intentionally simple, giving space for content and expression to lead.

Lessons Learned Along the Way
Designing Moments Hub taught me invaluable lessons:
Empathy Drives Design: Understanding user emotions elevated the design from functional to meaningful.
Design for Conversations: Making the wishlist a conversation between people transformed how users engaged with the product.
