Overview
Cargo Bridge is an air freight logistics company providing end-to-end shipment services, including documentation, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery. The customer app was designed to give users a single place to create, track, and manage shipments without relying on manual processes or constant back-and-forth with support teams.
The project focused on simplifying complex logistics workflows into a clear, reliable experience that gives customers visibility and control at every stage of delivery.
The Goal
The goal was to design an app that makes air freight feel transparent and manageable.
Success meant:
Allowing customers to create and manage shipments independently
Providing clear shipment status and tracking milestones
Reducing manual coordination through structured workflows
Supporting payments, insurance, and documentation in one place
Building trust through visibility, reliability, and real-time updates
