For beginning on my founder journey, I conducted thorough market research into new technologies that could bring forth this mission. I played around with automation tools like n8n and
Make.com. I conducted over 100 interviews with events, producers, and marketers, and spoke to the Opus Clips development team to further understand how they use semantic reasoning for extracting key moments. No one has done this for the events and conferencing industry. So it was imperative for me to really understand the landscape before writing a single line of code.
After investigating tools like Clap, Wizard AI, and various other video editing tools positioning themselves as cursor for production, I set out to build Diffused, an AI-powered content engine for conferences.
Diffuse now serves 50 yearly conferences to take long-form keynotes, interviews, and panel discussions. Detect key speaker moments, creates a microsite for each speaker to further promote the event at the end. Those microsites also work as a lead generation tool for the conference to generate new leads for the next event. I'm really proud of this app because it allowed me to roll all of my past experiences into an industry I'm deeply passionate about.
