WidaTech is an Indonesian tech consulting company, the team behind ASEAN's first cloud-native banking system. But you wouldn't know any of that from their old website. They came to me to fix the gap between what they actually do and what their site communicated.
I led the redesign end-to-end: design system, homepage, careers, and a full set of dedicated service pages (1 hub + 12 individual pages across technology and consulting). The result is a site that finally matches their reputation, and gives the sales team something they can actually point clients to.

Problem
Tech consulting firms in Indonesia mostly look the same online: stock photos, vague taglines, no real proof. WidaTech had the credentials, enterprise clients, a regional first, a deep technical team, but the old site read like a generic IT vendor. Visitors couldn't tell within 5 seconds whether WidaTech was a 5-person agency or a serious consulting partner.
The brief was simple but uncomfortable: "Show proof, not process."
Approach
I started by interrogating the homepage hierarchy. The old site led with values; visitors don't care about values until they trust you. So I flipped it, proof first, philosophy second.
From there I built the design system around the contradiction WidaTech lives in: serious technical work, but human delivery. Dark navy + warm orange. Bold display type for confidence, clean sans for clarity. Bento layouts to make complex services feel digestible without dumbing them down.
For the service pages, the client wanted 12 individual pages but didn't want 12 different layouts (smart, consistency builds trust faster than novelty). So I designed two master templates (one for consulting, one for technology) flexible enough to handle different content shapes without breaking. Image + copy swaps per page. Faster to build, easier to maintain, and visually coherent across the whole catalog.
Output
New homepage with proof-first hierarchy (portfolio + stats before philosophy)
Service hub page connecting all 13 service offerings
12 individual service pages built from 2 master templates
Dedicated careers section with sharper positioning ("Where consultants write code")
Full Framer build, design system documented for handoff
Outcome
The site went from "looks like every other IT vendor" to something WidaTech's sales team now leads with in pitches.
The service page template system saved them an estimated 80% of the time they'd otherwise spend updating individual pages, they can add or refresh a service in under 30 minutes instead of commissioning a new design each time.
More importantly, the redesign made WidaTech's ASEAN-first credential the headline it always should have been.
