Despite having a functional flow, many users spent 2–5 hours creating surveys due to lack of guidance, inspiration, or structure. This caused drop-offs and delays in launching time-sensitive research.

After testing and comparing, we moved forward with an AI Survey Builder, supported by an optimized prompt structure (Topic, Goal, Optional Reference). I collaborated closely with the AI and dev teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.

I designed a new AI-assisted flow that guides users through three simple input steps. The flow was designed to reduce decision fatigue, support various use cases, and allow users to edit the AI-generated questions easily.

After launching the feature, the average survey creation time dropped from 2 hours to just 5–10 minutes, a 95% time reduction and 24x faster experience, helping users validate ideas quickly and efficiently.
