Disro The AI-native OS for Agencies

I designed Disro’s product experience and built its public website in Webflow. Working directly with the founders and engineers, I created the information architecture, 40+ interface screens, reusable components, and functional prototypes, then translated the product into its launch website.

Design system

I created a reusable design system covering navigation, agent cards, task states, approval controls, conversations, activity feeds, forms, tables, notifications, and shared interface elements.

Designing the product

Disro needed to feel like a serious operating system for agency work, not another chatbot with a dashboard around it.
I designed the product’s visual language from the ground up, including the information architecture, navigation, typography, color, spacing, responsive behavior, and component system. Across more than 40 screens, I established a consistent hierarchy for clients, projects, tasks, agents, knowledge, and approvals.
A major part of the design work was making agent activity understandable. I created interface patterns for when an agent is working, waiting, blocked, missing information, ready for review, or approved. This allowed users to understand the state of the work without needing to understand the technical system underneath it.
I stayed involved beyond the Figma handoff, building functional Next.js prototypes and committing them to the shared repository for engineering review. I used Conductor and Agentation to coordinate implementation and provide feedback directly in the interface. I also designed and developed Disro.com in Webflow.

Disro is the operating system for AI-native agencies. Agents do the work. Humans hold the judgment.
