An agentic brand for agentic spend auditing

I designed Spendback’s brand and digital experience around one central idea: financial infrastructure powered by autonomous agents should feel precise, credible, and easy to understand.
Spendback continuously audits ad, AI, and operational vendor spend, verifies charges against real activity and contract terms, and helps teams recover overcharges. The challenge was to translate that technical system into a focused brand experience that communicates trust without feeling like traditional financial software.

Building trust into every screen

The visual system pairs a near-black foundation with crisp white typography and a controlled green signal color. Green is used with purpose: to mark verified activity, corrections, recoveries, and protected spend.
A modular grid, technical labels, fine rules, and restrained motion give the interface an audit-grade character. Product imagery brings the system to life across desktop and mobile while keeping the information hierarchy calm and legible.

Turning complexity into a clear product narrative

The website organizes a broad product into a simple story:
Three areas of spend: advertising, AI, and operational vendors
A four-step workflow from account connection to recovery
Four recovery paths, from pre-invoice corrections to autonomous spend guardrails
A fleet of specialized agents working continuously in the background
Interactive product moments, including the refund calculator, give visitors an immediate way to understand the value of the platform.

A system designed to scale

The identity extends across product UI, diagrams, audit cards, data visualizations, responsive layouts, and motion. Reusable components keep the experience consistent as Spendback expands across platforms, vendors, and new agent capabilities.
The result is a cohesive brand and web system that makes a complex financial product feel controlled, legible, and ready for autonomous operations.
