This project was a 5-month collaboration between Mr. Boost Agency and a leading Algerian B2B/B2C brand in the construction materials and home decor sector.
The client aimed to boost their online presence and drive more sales, both via website and direct messages. I led the full digital advertising strategy—from media buying on Meta and TikTok Ads to copywriting, landing page creation, and user journey optimization tailored for cash-on-delivery (COD) customers.
Over the course of the partnership:
- Launched 67 ad campaigns and managed 80+ ad sets across multiple Meta ad accounts.
- Wrote conversion-focused ad copy using proven frameworks.
- Designed landing pages to support engagement and sales funnels.
- Ran full-funnel ad strategies including branding, traffic, engagement, leads, and sales campaigns.
- Conducted A/B testing between TikTok and Meta; ultimately shifting all focus to Meta due to significantly better results.
