A real estate company was handling buyer, seller, and rental inquiries through a single intake form, but internally those requests still required manual sorting, follow-ups, and coordination across teams. Leads were coming in, yet routing them to the right team, notifying sales agents, and sending timely responses to clients took unnecessary time and created room for delays and missed opportunities. There was also no structured system to ensure every inquiry was logged, acknowledged, and acted on consistently.
I built an automated lead-routing and follow-up system using Zapier that turns each form submission into an organized, real-time workflow. Every inquiry is saved to Airtable, automatically routed based on whether the client wants to buy, sell, or rent, and instantly shared with the correct team via Slack. Clients receive timely, personalized email responses without manual intervention, while teams stay aligned and responsive. The result is faster response times, clearer ownership of leads, and a scalable intake system that helps the business convert inquiries into conversations and deals more reliably.
